18+ Age Requirement
All players must be 18 years of age or older. ck67 employs identity verification procedures to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed and all funds returned or withheld in accordance with applicable procedures.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ck67 account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether different names, devices, or payment methods are used — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals on ck67 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and these terms.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional credits issued by ck67 are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal is permitted. Specific requirements are stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
Self-Exclusion Rights

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck67 ("the Platform", "ck67", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ck67 website, mobile platform, gaming products, sports betting services, and any related features or functionalities (collectively, "the Services").

ck67 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedures. At registration and at any subsequent point deemed necessary, you may be required to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and/or proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of ck67 Services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.
One account per person. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one player account on ck67. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ck67 reserves the right to close all associated duplicate accounts and permanently withhold any balances therein.
Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ck67 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Suspicious access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ck67 immediately at [email protected]. ck67 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension to prevent further unauthorised activity.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ck67 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform.

Withdrawal conditions. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method and account name used for deposits, unless an alternative has been pre-approved by the ck67 compliance team. ck67 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal of ৳10,000 or above.
Bonus balances. Any active bonus balance must meet its associated wagering requirements before the corresponding winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds.
No currency conversion fees. ck67 does not charge currency conversion fees. The amount deposited and the amount received on withdrawal are both in BDT. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are outside ck67's control.
Bonuses and Promotions
ck67 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.
- Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered and verified ck67 account in good standing.
- Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified on each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
- ck67 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to circumvent the intent of the promotion.
- Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh are time-limited and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice.
- ck67 is under no obligation to offer any bonus or promotion and may modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotional programme at any time.
Responsible Gaming
ck67 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling across all of its products and services. The platform provides the following player-controlled tools, accessible from within the account settings area at any time:
- Deposit limits — set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
- Session time limits — set a maximum continuous session duration after which the platform will automatically log you out.
- Time-out / cool-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, gaming and deposits are blocked; withdrawals of existing balances remain accessible.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck67 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent interaction with ck67.
- Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the ck67 platform in any way not intended for human players.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, bonus payouts, or leaderboard positions.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.

- Attempting to circumvent any security measure, account restriction, or self-exclusion order imposed by ck67 or requested by the player.
- Placing bets on behalf of any third party, or allowing another person to use your ck67 account for any purpose.
Account Suspension and Closure
ck67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
- Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under the age of 18.
- Court order, regulatory requirement, or instruction from a competent authority.
- Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. Dormant account holders will be notified before any administrative action is taken.
Voluntary closure. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided there are no active bonus balances with outstanding wagering requirements.
Right of appeal. Players who believe their account has been suspended or closed in error may submit a written appeal to [email protected]. ck67 will review all appeals within 10 business days and communicate its decision in writing.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ck67 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, imagery, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of ck67 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ck67 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the ck67 platform or its content without prior written consent.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any software component of the platform.
- Use the ck67 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written permission.
- Create derivative works based on the ck67 platform or any of its content.
Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to its own licensing terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck67, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the ck67 platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from account compromise due to your failure to maintain credential security.

- Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations resulting from software bugs; ck67 will correct verified errors but is not liable for consequential losses arising from them.
- Decisions made by the player while using the platform, including wagering decisions, bonus opt-in decisions, and withdrawal timing decisions.
- Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard).
The ck67 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ck67 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its features. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
Amendments to These Terms
ck67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — including changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus eligibility, prohibited conduct definitions, or account closure procedures — will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of players, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication on the ck67 website.
